उम्मीदवार Ph.D कोर्स करने के लिए तभी योग्य होते है यदि उन्होंने अपनी मास्टर डिग्री एक समान कोर्स / क्षेत्र / स्ट्रीम में पूरी की है जिसमें वे पीएचडी करना चाहते हैं
