Production on the other hand is the method, processes, and, organization to develop and massively construct or build the product. If it’s intangible this is just the same, only that is “just in time” either way processes must be designed prior to the sale.

2c (i) Timing (ii) Not Living Up To The Hype (iii) Prohibitively Strong Branding (iv) Fixing What Ain’t Broken (v) Cross Contamination – Mixing (vi) Two Successful Products Into One Big Failure (vii) Not Making The Right Business Partner

(3b) (i) exporting (ii) franchising (iii) joint venture (iv) wholly owned subsidiary   (i). The main disadvantage is that it may be difficult to maintain quality control. (ii) Franchising: This mode of entry allows JK Ltd. to expand quickly and takes advantage of an already established business with knowledge of the South African market. However, it may be difficult to maintain control over the franchisee. (iii). Joint Venture: This mode of entry allows JK Ltd. to share the risks and expenses of entering the South African market with a local company. However, JK Ltd. may lose some control over the operations of the joint venture company. How to gain b2b and b2c audience's confidence in Russia?

MEDIA BUYING

Do you know that Russians do not value cheap items? And the English word “bargain” cannot be translated properly into Russian, because the idea of a good or service of high quality which has a reasonable price is foreign to ordinary people. But a "freeloader" (“khalyava”) is a different story. The fact that upscale goods can be gotten for free does not make the goods seem to be any worse. This is one of the differences between Russian consumers and the consumers of other nationalities. The RMAA helps international businesses to communicate with Russian audiences as in the complex field of b2b and as well as in the mass markets.
